Ich habe zum ersten mal überhaupt Yoga in einem solchen Setting gemacht. Das Studio hat einen schönen Yoga-Raum und die Trainerin konnte mich ab Beginn sofort 'abholen'. Ich hab mich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnte überraschend gut abschalten. Die Instruktionen waren waren klar und ich wurde auch mal in meiner Position sanft&freundlich korrigiert, was mir als Neueinsteiger sehr geholfen hat, die Übungen besser 'wahrzunehmen'. Ich freue mich schon auf nächste Woche!
